Fire Restaurant offers a set dinner menu which is perfect for group bookings and special occassions.  The menu features a selection of Fire favourites with five choices for starters, mains and dessert.  The menu is listed below and is priced at €48.50 per person.

Wood fired Ardsallagh goats’ cheese bruschetta with

pistachio nut crust & beetroot compote

Moroccan Spiced Lamb Skewers

Tender fillet of char grilled marinated lamb with lime & coriander dip

Beechwood Smoked Silverhill Duck Salad

            Beechwood smoked duck fillet served with mixed baby leaves, 

raspberries, crispy onions and with a raspberry & pomegranate dressing

Sweet Corn & Fresh Tomato Chowder

Creamy sweet corn chowder with fresh plum tomatoes finished  with  chives

Organic Clare Island Smoked Salmon

Served with fire roasted capers, dill aioli & homemade Fire brown bread

Prime Hereford fillet mignon, char grilled with pepper brandy

cream sauce, chunky chips with portobello mushroom and sakura cress

       Monkfish Fillet with Asparagus & a Hollandaise Sauce

Feile Bia roast corn fed chicken, mushroom and leek cream

Fresh Handmade Mezzelune half moons, stuffed with truffle, asparagus tips, 

cherry tomatoes, and served with mushroom broth and aged parmesan

Slaney Valley Lamb Rump

Aged Slaney Valley lamb rump served with  carrot crush, dauphinoise potato,

asparagus tips and meat jus

A light chocolate mouse with amaretto on a sable Breton pistachio and honeycomb crumb served with fresh raspberries and cream.

Tipperary Organic Ice Cream & Sorbet

Zesty Lemon Tart (GF)

A coconut baked base topped with zesty lemon cream caramelised with raspberry sorbet and Glenisk clotted cream
