Fire Restaurant's concept is very simple: take the finest raw ingredients that Ireland has to offer in meats, fish and produce; use specially chosen recipes to reflect the wonderful natural ingredients at their best, without letting menu descriptions get too fussy.  As a top Dublin restaurant we use the very best locally sourced ingredients which Head Chef Darina Brennan has used to create some of our most popular and memorable dishes.
