My 3 favorite things about fire are the prawns from the wood burning stove, because I love the oaky depth that the stove adds to the flavor ; cocktails on the terrace on a sunny day; and I love that, even though the room is impressive and the address is prestigious, when I bring guests in, whether it be on business or pleasure, the staff are able to assess what attitude and level of service my guests need to feel at ease, cared for, and special.
