What to do:

  1. Very finely slice potatoes 
  2. Combine the potatoes, garlic and cream in a large bowl. Season well
  3. Press firmly into a gratin dish. The cream should come up to the top of the layer of potatoes.
  4. Cook for 50 minutes. Remove from the oven and sprinkle the top with parmesan. Pop it back in the oven for 15 minutes.
    The top should be a nice golden brown and the potatoes should be tender.
  5. Enjoy!
