You were extremely helpful and efficient to work with from the crucial site inspection, throughout all planning stages, on the big night itself to the final reconciliation. Thanks for your top service and a flawless evening. The Round Room lends itself brilliantly to a really exclusive gala night and you really went out of your way to help us with what we wanted to achieve. No doubt we'll be back soon.

All the feedback we have received internally in relation to Thursday's party rates this as the best Christmas party we've ever had, and a large part of that relates to the venue. The location and facilities are superb and the assistance received in particular from the events manager put me completely at ease at an early stage and gave me complete assurance that this was going to be a successful event. We would definitely consider the Mansion House for future events.

The food was very good, all requests for amendments to the menu were addressed immediately and without any fuss. At all times I felt the Mansion House staff were in complete control and handled our event with the highest level of professionalism and customer care.
